On-site sub-contract services provided by BESST included: 

• Electrical support and back-up services

• Assisted proving the capacity of each station, adjusted for ambient temperature and parasitic loads

• Assisted heat rate testing

• Selection and hire of electrical test equipment

• Preparation of test data for processing and reporting 

• Assisted third party measurement of station noise levels, adjusted for background noise

• Planning and sourcing 9 MW of load banks for load proving of Broome Power Station
